Pierre Timing is based in Indian Trail, North Carolina, southeast of Charlotte.

Starting rates vary depending on what services need to be provided.
Starting at $650
Our services include- Fat Timing, Live Results (Unless there are connectivity issues), and we use MeetPro/Hytek and upload all of the results to Nc.Milesplit, Athletic.net, CoachO.com, and Colleges on DirectAthletics
The resources required from the host school include access to electrical power. If power is unavailable, PierreTiming can provide a generator as needed.
The host school is responsible for providing the following personnel and resources:
Starter (PierreTiming can provide starter equipment for an additional $150 fee; the host school must provide the starter.)
Hip numbers/bibs and personnel to operate the hipping station (PierreTiming can provide bibs/hip numbers for an additional fee starting at $50.)
Running Event Referee

General meet management personnel for duties such as athlete check-in and clerking. Pierre Timing will provide all timing equipment, timing personnel, results processing, and event timing services as outlined in the agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness and account for the time, staffing, travel, and preparation required for each event, PierreTiming has established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Fees-
More than 24 hours before the event- No cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event (the day before)- A $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation on the day of the event- A $250 cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation after PierreTiming has arrived on-site and begun setup- The event will be billed at the full contracted amount.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If an event is canceled due to weather after PierreTiming has arrived and begun setup, the event will be billed at the full contracted amount.
If the event is canceled before arrival due to weather, the applicable cancellation fee above will apply.
Rescheduling
PierreTiming will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduled event date, subject to availability.
Cancellation fees may be credited toward the rescheduled event at the discretion of PierreTiming.
Acknowledgment
By booking PierreTiming, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy as part of the event services agreement.
